Social values

For the entire team of Pro-Construct, besides professional quality, corporate social responsibility and value proposition are just as important creeds. We stand every year behind a socially important goal, with the intention of supporting civil society organizations and groups of people with whom  we have common thoughts, whose problems touch us, with whom we are sympathetic and who we want to learn from. The needy groups, the people we met, or the people we’ve always helped give us an example of their endurance, their extraordinary love of life, their ingenuity or their all-embracing humor. We often have touching and instructive moments together.

We built our value-creating objectives by some other goals: maintaining health, the role of sport in our lives and the lifelong learning.  We also try to include both goals in our support programs: there are also sport events and student’s events, as well as training and learning programs. We cooperate with the “build-camp” of BME, and we are also regular supporters of the “Etesd a Dokit” movement. We also often sponsor sailing events such as the Építész Regatta or the Építők Vitorlás Kupa. Our collaboration with school foundations is based on regular, old relationships. It is also our credo to constantly train our employees because you can’t grow out of school!

We believe in this company and we also do it as a colleague to never forget that we are primarily people, companions, members of smaller and larger communities and we are always responsible for each other!

Family-Friendly Workplace 2021.

It is a great pleasure and pride that we carry the title of‘ Family-Friendly Workplace ’, which we won in 2021. We strive to live up to this honorable title and will continue to do our best to build with a satisfied and loyal staff.
